Orientation: - Rotate text to diagonal angle or vertical orientation. This is often used for labeling narrow columns.
 Wrap-text: - Make all content visible within a cell by displaying it on multiple lines.
 Merge & Centre: - Joins the selected cells into one larger cell and centers the content into new cell.
 Number format: - Choose how the values in a cell are displayed: as a percentage, as a currency, as a date or time etc.
 Cell styles: - Quickly format a cell choosing from pre-defined styles.
 Insert: - To insert cells, rows or columns into the sheet or table or to add a sheet to the workbook.
 Delete: - To delete rows, columns or sheet from a sheet or workbook.
 Clear: - - Clear All – To clear contents and formats both from a selected cell range. - Clear Formats – To clear only format from a selected cell range. - Clear contents –To clear only contents from a selected a cell range. - Clear comments – To clear comments from a selected a cell range.
 Filter: - To filter the data of a selected cell range according to specified value.

 Print Area: - Mark a specific area of a sheet for printing.
 Background: - Choose an image to display as the background of the sheet
 Print Titles: - Specify rows and columns to repeat on each printed page.
Formulas Menu
 Trace Precedents: - Show arrows that indicate what cells affect the value of the currently selected cell.
 Trace Dependents: - Show arrows that indicate what cells are affected by the value of the currently selected cell.
 Remove Arrows: - Remove the arrows drawn by trace precedents or trace dependents.
 Show Formula: - To see the formula of active cell.
Data Menu
 Text to Columns: - To separate the contents of one excel cell into separate columns.
 Data Validation: - To set the rule for data entry in a selected cell range.
 Group: - Tie a range of cells together so that they can be collapsed or expanded.
  Ungroup: - To ungroup the cells that were grouped.
